How We Work
Discover I Design I Deliver
The first step in working together is the Discovery period. We will meet and talk about your business, your goals, and your expectations for the work we will do together. We will invite various stakeholders from across the company to talk with us so we can understand your business and look for opportunities to make it better.
We'll take all of the information and data our meetings and outline a suggested course of action, and work with you to make sure it's on point. We will take ownership of the project from start to finish, and provide a detailed timeline that will keep the work on track. We'll have great communication the whole time, so there will be no surprises.
We will execute the plan and watch early results to look for learning opportunities and modify as necessary.
After the Project is Completed:
We’ll keep in touch and make sure all of the progress we made working together is maintained. Maybe you will call us for a team “tune-up” of sorts. Maybe you will hire a new manager and ask us to give them leadership training and brand education that will keep your staff engaged. Maybe you want a more robust new employee orientation designed...if it involves team building, brand strategy, or consumer engagement; we are excited to continue to work with you.
